Olivia Evita Design is a one-stop shop for all things considered design. We have a hands on approach and specialize in listening to our clients' needs so we can develop a clear and cohesive vision of their ideal living + work spaces. Our past clientele has given us the expertise to understand how to ensure every project runs smoothly and result in a beautiful, functional space. Whether you need help "refreshing" your space and giving it a facelift, selecting paint colors and finishes, or designing a vacation rental, we can help.

Olivia Evita Design embraces an organic modern aesthetic that speaks to simplicity, casual elegance + comes to life by integrating old-world raw materials with a modern twist. Our neutral palette often includes creams, whites, blacks + grays and we try to make every project unique so that it’s a space to call your own.

We work with a wide range of budgets and we can dive in deeper once we speak to you and learn more about what you are hoping to accomplish with working with a designer. 

OUR SCOPE:

This service includes our designer doing everything from determining the look & feel of each room, sourcing furnishings, design presentation(s) with clients, purchasing/ordering, arranging + tracking shipments, day(s) of design installation and managing deficiencies. This involves Olivia Evita, designer, and design team (assistant, handy/delivery help/painters, etc.) on site (coordinated with the client) to ensure project is done properly. 

PROCESS:

Once we speak and consult about the project and assess your needs, we provide a “Design Process” checklist for your review. We also provide a Welcome Packet for new clients to guide you through the Design Process from start to finish and will review everything together so you can ask any questions you may have.

We've partnered with preferred vendors whom we trust to create furniture, fabric, lighting, and rugs that are quality-made and beyond beautiful.  Whether you need help creating a design concept for your room or just can't find what you're looking for, we can help navigate the often confusing and time-consuming world of furniture buying.  We source and hand-select products specifically tailored to the needs of you + your family ensuring a perfect fit, every time.  Along with your project’s concept and your personal preferences, we take into account practical considerations like furniture function, scale, and budget.
